Intractable Asthma(Cell2AM)

Degenerative Arthritis

  • About 10 to 15% of the world’s population suffers from osteoarthritis due to the aging and increased physical activities. Osteoarthritis is the common disease among most seniors (Science and Technology, Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies 2010)
  • The mechanism for controlling the microenvironment and senescence cells by high functional stem cells lead to cartilage regeneration effects. Further clinical trial will bring new leading technology

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

  • No cure for IPF and currently available drugs have limited ztreatment effects for patients Currently, stem cell therapy and new drug research for IPF disease are actively studied, but there are no commercialized stem cell products yet
  • Quantitative histology and immunological/molecular biological efficacy were evaluated on intracellular high GSH-leveled MSC
    The expression of fibrosis-related genes was suppressed and anti-inflammatory response was examined

Graft-versus-host disease
